Somerset Point

We LOVE this community. We love the natural lush landscaping, the backdrop of the Coosaw River, the large size yards, the southern architecture, the open space parks and so much more. We love that this new community has broken record after record in the new construction industry. Manor House Builders has completely changed the way builders and buyers view new construction. You can expect to find older homes that have been completely renovated, well maintained, and some newer homes as well. Prices vary from $200-$350k and up. It is a wonderful area that many Beaufortonians have called home for many years.

Habersham

Once you turn on Market Street you will immediately understand the reasons so many move to Beaufort South Carolina. Habersham exudes charm and the Lowcountry way of life. An adorable retail area is home to shops, restaurants ( We love Maggies), law offices, pet shop and more.

It has been quite the year. My team is heading up a tremendously successful project, Somerset Point, and I am less than two weeks from my wedding. On Oct. 1, 2011 I will be marrying my very best friend, Reed Weatherford. It is an amazing thing to be in love in the lowcountry.
